Hi, I’m Jude
The idea for Prayana evolved from more than 25 years of studying, teaching and exploring health through education, professional experience and personal practice.
My background spans physiology, fitness, yoga, Pilates, nutrition and scuba instruction. Together, these experiences have provided different perspectives on how the body functions, adapts and responds to its environment, shaping an integrated approach that looks beyond isolated symptoms and recognises that health is influenced by many interconnected factors.
More recently, I have developed a particular interest in functional medicine and have had the privilege of studying its principles in greater depth. This has further reinforced my belief that understanding the connections between lifestyle, environment and physiology can help support long-term health.
I work with clients who want more than quick fixes, helping them navigate their health with greater understanding, confidence and clarity.
